PARAGOULD, Ark. — Two suspects are facing felony charges after authorities say large amounts of methamphetamine were seized during a traffic stop and subsequent search tied to an ongoing drug investigation.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Officer Owen Mundy conducted a traffic stop Feb. 5, 2026, on a black Ford pickup after learning the driver, Sean Bradley Kellim, 45, of Paragould, had two felony warrants for delivery of a controlled substance. Kellim was taken into custody on the warrants.
Authorities with the Second Judicial Drug Task Force later executed a search warrant at Kellim’s residence related to pending delivery charges. During the traffic stop, a passenger, Kassondra Rashell Blevins, 37, allegedly attempted to exit the vehicle and dropped a clear bag containing 29.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine before attempting to destroy it. After being taken into custody, Blevins told officers she had two additional bags in her pants weighing 114.9 grams, according to the affidavit. She also allegedly told investigators that Kellim instructed her to hide bags of methamphetamine in her purse.
