Domino’s to Open Second Paragould Location

PARAGOULD, Ark. — Domino’s Pizza is adding a second location in Paragould, with construction expected to begin this summer at 4409 West Kingshighway, near Dollar General, according to a press release.

The project is being led by the franchisee who operates Domino’s stores throughout northeast Arkansas. The franchisee is represented by Heather Talley, principal broker and owner of The CRE Group. Talley said the new store aims to improve access for customers in west Paragould.

“There is a strong demand to serve the more heavily populated residential areas — this store helps bridge the gap between central and west Paragould,” Talley said.

The development will be built from the ground up and will proceed alongside a new Domino’s location planned for Brookland, along Highway 49. Aspen Prime Construction, based in northeast Arkansas, is overseeing construction for both projects.

Construction on the west Paragould site is expected to be completed by early 2026.

“My client has experienced tremendous growth in northeast Arkansas over the last five years. His current store is conveniently situated in central Paragould, but there is a strong demand to serve the more heavily populated residential areas – this store helps bridge the gap between central and west Paragould.”
