Five Suspects Steal Loads of Liquor in Paragould

PARAGOULD, Ark. — The a liquor store in Paragould was the victim of a large theft on Monday.

A release from Paragould Police Department said at approximately 6:09 pm on Monday, July 29, 2024, PPD was dispatched to 1710 Linwood Drive to the business of Holiday Liquor Store for a theft.

Upon our arrival the complainant, Ryker Little, stated that two black males and three black females stole over a thousand dollars’ worth of merchandise. The five people then left the business before police arrived. Little stated they left in a Silver/Gray HHR and a Silver Dodge Charger.

As of the last update, police had not identified the suspects.

However, security footage shared to social media could change that. A video was shared to social media showing the theft taking place.

  1. I can remember when this sort of thing didn’t happen in Paragould, or even in Jonesboro for that matter. Hasn’t been that long.
