Suspect Accused of Forging $15,000 in Checks Against Local Home Depot

JONESBORO, Ark. – A suspect is accused of forging checks against the local Home Depot, totaling nearly $15,000.

The incident was reported to police by Simmons Bank at 1720 S. Caraway Road around 9:33 AM on October 13. According to the report, a 35-year-old white male is alleged to have forged two checks, one for $4,752.80 and another for $9,001.14. The victim in this case is listed as Home Depot, located at 711 E. Parker Road.

This case is currently under investigation, and if the suspect is apprehended, they could face a felony forgery charge.
