JONESBORO, Ark. – A complete remodel job of the old FedEx Kinkos building on East Nettleton in Jonesboro will be underway soon.
It is the latest storefront near Nettleton Avenue and Caraway Road’s intersection to see major development. The photo, released by Garrett McPherson, executive agent with Haag-Brown Commercial Real Estate Development, shows the new artist rendering of what the remodel will be (featured photo).
The office space will house up to two tenants inside of 5,000 square feet. It is next to Tropical Smoothie and directly across from the newly opened Natural Grocers store (formerly Hastings).
“The renovation will add a modern flare to a well-known building on Nettleton,” McPherson said. “It was home to FedEx Kinko’s for over 20 years, and will now be a cool destination spot for local or national retailers and professional service businesses.”
Fedex moved to Red Wolf Boulevard at the beginning of this year, McPherson said. He expects up to two tenants will occupy the building once the renovation is completed.
He said the project could be started in a matter of months, depending on when at least half of the space is filled.
