JONESBORO, Ark. – A woman noticed an important centerpiece in her yard was missing on Wednesday: Jesus Christ.

At 3:29 p.m. Wednesday, Jonesboro Police Department took the report at the 4100-block of Raider Road. The complaintant, a 76-year-old woman, said she noticed that day her statue of Jesus had been stolen.

She also noticed her mailbox had a dent in it – possibly from whomever had taken the statue.

The woman said she didn’t know who would have stolen the property or damaged her mailbox, but police would like to know. If you find her Jesus statue or you know who may have been behind the unholy act, contact JPD at 870-935-5657 or Crimestoppers at 870-935-7867 (STOP).
