MELBOURNE, Ark. – Izard County Sheriff’s Department officers stayed busy in the past week, according to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley. Charles Russell Earl, 64, was arrested on methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia charges. A hold was placed on Earl by Arkansas probation and parole. Formal charges will follow.
