JONESBORO, Ark. – A woman returned to her apartment in Jonesboro to find it broken into by a burglar while she was away.

It happened between Dec. 8 and Dec. 16 at 1830 East Johnson Avenue, an apartment complex. A woman was away visiting her mother and when she returned home, a bedroom window was broken in the back of her apartment and many valuables were stolen.

Two rings on her dresser were taken, along with a smaller television set.

The woman believed the burglar was an ex roommate who was just recently kicked out. She named the man and gave his suspected address to police.

He could face a charge for felony residential burglary, along with a charge of theft.

Police are investigating.
